压裂分求复合试油工艺研究在现代油田开发过程中有着重要的意义。油井上试层位的压裂改造中,很多大型油田采用双K344-115型的压差式封隔器来进行开采作业。但当压裂结束之后,将压裂钻具拿出,再将分求钻具放入对压裂层进行求产作业。如此一来,就需要起下两次管柱,加大了员工的作业强度,增加了作业成本,同时还会对储油层造成一定的污染,且存在着一定的油井安全控制的隐患与风险。所以提出新的技术要求,将原来的管柱进行一定的改进,把原来的K344-115型压差式封隔器更换为Y211机械封隔器,将原导压喷砂器更换为节流喷砂器,在此基础上,用足够多的尾管作为抽油时的沉砂口袋,最终达到一次性起下钻具完成压裂和分层求产。该技术已经在试验中取得成功,并将进一步推广应用。
The study of fracturing for composite oil testing is of great significance in the development of modern oilfields. In the fracturing of upper well test beds, many large oilfields use double K344-115 differential pressure packer to conduct mining operations. However, when the fracturing is over, the fracturing drill will be taken out, and then the drilling tools will be put into the fracturing layer for production. As a result, the need to take up two strings, increasing the intensity of staff operations, increasing operating costs, but also cause some pollution to the reservoir, and there is a hidden danger and risk of oil well safety control. So put forward new technical requirements, the original column to some improvement, the original K344-115-type differential pressure packer replaced Y211 mechanical packer, the original pilot pressure sandblasting replaced by throttling spray Sand machine, on this basis, with enough tail pipe as the grit pockets when the pumping oil, and ultimately achieve a one-time drilling from the bottom to complete fracturing and stratification. The technology has been successfully tested and will be further promoted.
