In commemorating the sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee passed the “Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China.” This is a great historic document and a scientific summary of our country’s thirty-two years of socialism’s practical experience through the application of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
