目的观察阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的安全性和有效性。方法 300例细菌性阴道病患者随机分成3组,每组各100例,对照组用甲硝唑栓放入阴道深部,每次1枚,每晚1次,连用7天;试验组A用乳杆菌活菌胶囊放入阴道深部,每次1粒,每晚1次,连用10天;试验组B用甲硝唑栓放入阴道深部,每次1枚,每晚1次,连用7天;之后每晚将阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊放入阴道深部,每次1粒,每晚1次,连用10天,共用药17天。结果实验组B治疗有效率大于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组A疗效与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。3组间比较,不良事件之间的发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病安全、有效。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of vaginal Lactobacillus live bacteria in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Vaginal Lactobacillus live bacterial capsules for bacterial vaginosis is safe and effective.
