职业素养教育作为高职教育的一个重要关注话题,其内涵研究在学术领域和实践领域呈现出两种不同的倾向:学术研究领域注重“高等教育”和育人,实践研究领域注重“职业教育”和企业需求。相关争论主要在于关于职业技能在职业素养中地位的争论、职业素养结构的争论。本文通过文献综述归纳了职业素养内涵应该把握的几个关键点。
As an important topic of higher vocational education, vocational accomplishment education has two different tendencies in academic field and practice field: the field of academic research emphasizes “higher education” and educating people, and the field of practical research focuses on “ Vocational Education ”and business needs. Related controversy mainly lies in the controversy about the status of occupational skills in professionalism and the controversy over the structure of professionalism. This paper summarizes several key points which should be grasped by the literature review.
