1病例介绍患者文，42岁。1994年12月无意中扪及双侧乳房多个肿块。最大者核桃大小，质硬，无压痛。在当地职工医院行双侧乳腺肿块切除术。肿块病理报告为双乳腺恶性淋巴瘤。术后1周再次发现双侧乳房多个肿块，即行骨髓穿刺检查。结果报告淋巴瘤细胞占骨髓有核细胞总数0．66。给
1 case presentation patient text, 42 years old. In December 1994, she had inadvertently collapsed and had multiple masses on both sides of the breast. The largest walnut size, hard, no tenderness. Bilateral breast mass resection was performed at the local staff hospital. The pathological report of the mass was double breast malignant lymphoma. One week after surgery, multiple masses on both sides of the breast were found again, and a bone marrow biopsy was performed. The results reported that lymphoma cells accounted for 0.66 of the total number of bone marrow nucleated cells. give
