本文报告6例均经病理证实的原发性乳腺恶性淋巴瘤,临床分期4例Ⅳ期;1例Ⅰ期;1例Ⅱ期,3例作乳房根治术,2例单纯乳房切除,其中3例Ⅳ期术后作CoAp方案化疗。6例中除1例生存至今48mo外,1例术后生存92mo,死于鼻咽癌的1例患者病情发展迅速,未作手术,仅行VOP化疗,25d死亡;另3例淋巴瘤全身播散,分别于术后2mo、3mo、17mo死亡,平均生存期27mo,5a生存率33.3％(2/6)。
This article reports 6 cases of primary malignant breast lymphoma confirmed by pathology, clinical stage 4 cases of stage IV; 1 case of stage I; 1 case of stage II, 3 cases of radical mastectomy, 2 cases of simple mastectomy, including 3 cases Stage IV postoperative CoAp chemotherapy. Of the 6 cases, except 1 case survived 48 months ago, 1 case survived 92 months after surgery and 1 patient died of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The condition progressed rapidly. No surgery was performed, only VOP chemotherapy was performed, and 25 days died. The other 3 cases were lymphoma. Scattered and died at 2 months, 3 months, and 17 months after operation, with an average survival time of 27 months and a 5-year survival rate of 33.3% (2/6).
