今年1至8月份的工商各税征收工作,在党政正确领导下,已获得了很大成绩。但税收任务还没有完成,截止8月底仅完成年度计划的60——85%。主要原因是我们的工作还存在不少缺点,税制和征收管理办法未能随着社会王义改造胜利的新情况作相应的改变,且税源变化对收入有一定影响,任务偏大(现经财政部核减800万元,各地核减数另行通知)。现在市场的旺季已到,今后4个月(只有3个月了)的税收任务还很艰巨,为了加强旺季工商各税的征收工作,保证完成今年税收计划,特作如下指示:
