7月3日,一年一度的上海市中小学、幼儿园校(园)长暑期专题培训拉开序幕。今年校长培训的主题是“提高财务能力,提升依法办学水平”和“实践科学发展观,办人民满意的教育”。市教委副主任李骏修主持了首场专题报告会。市教委副主任尹后庆、市教委财务处副处长陈永年、上海立信会计学院教师龚明晓分别作了专题报告。各区县共计有4700多名中小学、幼儿园校(园)长、书记等参加培训。
July 3, the annual primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, kindergarten (garden) long summer special training kicked off. The theme of this year's principals training is to “improve financial capability and enhance the level of running schools according to law” and “practice the scientific outlook on development, and do people's satisfaction with education”. City Commission of Education Deputy Director Li Jun repair presided over the first special report. Yin Houqing, deputy director of the Municipal Board of Education, Chen Yongnian, deputy director of the Financial Department of the Municipal Education Commission, and Gong Mingxiao, a teacher of the Shanghai Lixin Accounting Institute made special reports respectively. A total of more than 4700 primary and secondary schools in all districts and counties, kindergarten (garden) director, secretary attended the training.
