用植物激素IAA(3—吲哚乙酸)、GA_3(赤霉素)和‘Limit’(2,6—二乙基乙酰胺)对一年生黑麦草(Lolium rigidum Gaud)进行喷雾处理(用未处理植株作对照),分别于植株开花和枯萎期采集样品,分析测定植株最顶部节段茎秆(S_1)、叶片(LB_1)和叶鞘(LS_1)的化学成分和干物质消化率(DMD)。结果证明,开花期,‘Limit’、对照、IAA和GA_3组的植株高度分别为780,920,1060和1850毫米。枯萎期,与对照组比,Limit组S_1的DMD和中性洗涤纤维素消化率(NDFD)较高,而GA_3组S_1的DMD和NDFD值却较低。如果全植株的营养特性也符合这一规律,则同一基因型的牧草,高植株的消化率比矮植株要低。
Lolium rigidum Gaud was spray-treated with plant hormones IAA (3-indoleacetic acid), GA_3 (Gibberellin) and ’Limit’ (2,6-diethylacetamide) (Control). The samples were collected during the flowering and wilting periods respectively. The chemical composition and dry matter digestibility (DMD) of stems (S_1), leaves (LB_1) and leaf sheaths (LS_1) of the plant were analyzed. The results showed that flowering, ’Limit’, control, IAA and GA_3 plant height were 780,920,1060 and 1850 mm. Compared with the control group, the DM group and the neutral detergent fiber digestibility (NDFD) in Limit group S_1 were higher in the wilting period, while the DMD and NDFD values in the S 3 group were lower in the GA 3 group. If the whole plant nutrition characteristics also comply with this law, the same genotype grass, high plant digestibility than the low plants.
