历史哲学的发展，从逻辑上可以分为三种形态，即历史观、史学观和哲学观。历史观以历史本体为研究对象，史学观以史学为研究对象，哲学观以历史哲学自身为研究对象。沃尔什所谓“思辩的历史哲学”和“分析的历史哲学”，实际上就是一种逻辑划分，分别相当于历史观和史学观，只不过他本人没有意识到而已。本文则阐述了三种形态的历史哲学的逻辑联系。
The development of philosophy of history can be logically divided into three forms, namely, the concept of history, the concept of history and philosophy. The historical view takes the historical ontology as the research object, the history view regards the history as the research object, and the philosophy view regards the historical philosophy itself as the research object. Walsh’s so-called “speculative philosophy of history” and “analytic philosophy of history” are in fact a kind of logical division, which are respectively equivalent to the concepts of history and history, except that he himself did not realize it. This article illustrates the logical relationship between the three forms of historical philosophy.
