目的:有报道称经小鼠腹腔注射金荞麦提取物可增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。这是否与药物对腹腔直接刺激有关,拟通过实验证明。方法:改变给药途径观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用。结果:经小鼠颈背部皮下注射药物或口服给药,均可不同程度增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论:实验支持了金荞麦具有增强小鼠机体免疫功能的作用。
OBJECTIVE: It has been reported that intraperitoneal injection of golden buckwheat extract in mice can enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Whether this is related to the drug’s direct stimulation of the abdominal cavity is intended to be experimentally proven. Methods: Change the route of administration to observe the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. RESULTS: Subcutaneous injection of drugs or oral administration into mice’s neck could increase the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages to varying degrees. Conclusion: The experiment supports the effect of gold buckwheat has enhanced immune function in mice.
