文章通过18个大中型工厂、企业的职工对当前医疗服务工作中存在的问题进行了调查。调查结果表明,群众对医院的意见反映最多的是看病收费高、医德医风和质量差等四个方面的问题。最后提出了治理医院内外环境的几点建议。
The article investigated the problems existing in the current medical service work through employees of 18 large and medium-sized factories and enterprises. The survey results show that most of the people’s opinions on hospitals are reflected in four aspects: high fees for medical treatment, medical ethics and poor quality. Finally, some suggestions on how to treat the environment inside and outside the hospital are put forward.
