新浪科技讯2003年9月23日消息,中国新兴半导体厂商——上海宏力半导体制造有限公司2003年9月23日开业。该公司预计,第一条八英寸晶圆生产线的产能今年底将达到月产1万片,未来三年内,宏力的产能将逐年翻升,预计2006年月产能可达10万片。该公司称,明年下半年公司的月生产能力将增至2.7万片,技术水平将达0.13微米铜连线工艺。
