目的通过对娱乐场所和社区男男性行为人群(MSM)的比较,探讨提高对MSM检测干预的有效措施。方法对2009年采用两种模式发现的HIV阳性者进行流行病学调查、初筛阳性告知率和随访率、CD4细胞均值情况比较,分析在社区开展自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务,加强干预和随访的可及性。采用软件进行统计学处理,率的比较采用χ2检验,P<0.01为差异有统计学意义。结果在社区动员检测发现的HIV阳性者比在娱乐场所发现的覆盖范围扩大,并且初筛阳性告知率(95.40%)和随访率(56.32%)也高于在娱乐场所中发现的HIV阳性者(P<0.01)。结论深入社区开展VCT服务,可以更有效地满足有自主检测需求的MSM人群的资源需求。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effective measures to improve MSM testing by comparing MSM in entertainment venues with community MSM. Methods Epidemiological survey, positive rate of initial report, follow-up rate and mean of CD4 cells in two HIV-positive cases in 2009 were analyzed. VCT services were conducted in the community to strengthen the intervention and follow-up Accessibility. Using software for statistical analysis, rate comparison using χ2 test, P <0.01 for the difference was statistically significant. Results HIV-positive individuals found in community mobilization tests expanded more than those found in entertainment venues, and the positive rate of primary screening (95.40%) and follow-up (56.32%) were also higher than those found in entertainment venues P <0.01). Conclusion Deploying community VCT services in a community can more effectively meet the resource needs of MSM populations with autonomous testing needs.
