目的了解铁路旅客对艾滋病知识水平、意识以及需求状况。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,对北京等七个铁路局管辖的数十辆列车上的11 146名旅客进行调查。结果 93.9%的调查对象听说过艾滋病,但对相关知识的知晓率较低。几乎所有的调查对象都表示对艾滋病知识有需求,其中对预防措施的需求最高。广播是旅客选择最多的宣传方式。结论铁路系统应更多地采用广播、电视等较为生动的宣传方式,加强对艾滋病预防措施、传播方式、流行现状以及艾滋病危害的宣传。
Objective To understand the knowledge level, awareness and demand status of railway passengers on AIDS. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to investigate 11 146 travelers on dozens of trains governed by seven railway administrations including Beijing. Results 93.9% of the respondents heard of AIDS, but the awareness of related knowledge is low. Almost all of the respondents indicated that they needed knowledge about HIV / AIDS and the need for prevention was the highest. Broadcasting is the most popular choice for travelers. Conclusion Railways should adopt more vivid publicity methods such as radio and television to strengthen their awareness of HIV prevention measures, modes of transmission, prevalence and HIV / AIDS.
