The Warsaw Declaration of the 14th International Association for Construction proposed that “Architecture is a comprehensive arts and sciences for the establishment of a living environment for human beings. It reveals that architecture is new, completely different from the history of sheltering rain,” and “solidified music.” The modern “human machine” or architecture is the value of “space art.” In the construction situation, the tasks that the architects face will not only be a single unit building, but an overall architectural environment. This will prompt the extension of the scope of traditional architectural research.
