随着中国加入WTO过渡期的结束,中国经济进入一个全新的发展格局。随着时间的推移,会有更多的中国企业走出去,成为外国的公司。近年来中国的国际扩张活动令人瞩目。西方国家的一些评论也认为,未来的微软和通用公司一类的世界超强将从新兴国家中诞生。尽管前景看好,中国公司国际化进程的难度依然非常大。事实也证明,迄今为止,中国一些大型企业向海外发展的努力,都黯然收场,这些新出头的跨国企业还要面对艰巨的挑战。
With the transitional period of China’s accession to the WTO, China’s economy has entered a new development pattern. As time goes by, more Chinese enterprises will go abroad and become foreign companies. In recent years, China’s international expansion has drawn great attention. Some commentary in Western countries also believes that the future of Microsoft and General Motors, a class of super-world will emerge from emerging countries. Despite the promising prospects, the difficulty of internationalization of Chinese companies is still very large. Facts have proved that up to now, some large-scale enterprises in China have made an end to their efforts in overseas development and these emerging multinational corporations still face arduous challenges.
