1 病例报告患者,女,47岁。因左上腹胀闷不适半年,胀痛、消瘦、纳差半月入院。查体:一般情况无异常。左上腹肋缘下二横指可触及—质地较硬肿物,表面光滑,活动尚可。双肾腹部未触及,左肾区叩痛阳性。其他检查无异常。CT示左侧腹膜后一8cm×12cm肿块,边缘清楚。注入造影剂后明显增强,左肾下移。静脉造影示双肾轮廓清楚,左肾下移,输尿管及膀胱充盈良好。术中探
1 case report patient, female, 47 years old. Due to swelling and discomfort in the left upper abdomen for six months, pain, weight loss, and anorexia were admitted to the hospital. Physical examination: No abnormalities in general. The left upper flank of the rib can be touched by two transversely-laterally-hardened masses, with a smooth surface and acceptable activity. The kidneys were not touched on the abdomen and the left kidney area was painful. No other abnormalities were detected. CT showed a retroperitoneal 8 cm x 12 cm mass with clear edges. Significantly increased after injection of contrast agent, left kidney down. The venography showed a clear outline of the kidneys, a downward shift of the left kidney, and a good ureter and bladder filling. Intraoperative exploration
