目的探讨用三氧化物聚合体(MTA)和Super-Bond C&B树脂修补纵裂后磨牙裂缝的临床效果。方法 108颗纵裂牙随机均分为三组,分别用MTA充填(A组)、Super-Bond C&B树脂水门汀(B组)或直接用磷酸锌充填(C组)修补裂缝。结果治疗后1-3个月,三组的成功率均达到100%。治疗后24个月时,A组和B组的成功率均为100%;但C组的成功率分别为上颌第一后磨牙58.3%、下颌第一后磨牙50.0%、上颌第二后磨牙28.6%、下颌第二后磨牙28.6%。A组和B组的成功率高于C组(P<0.05)。结论后磨牙纵裂用MTA和Super-Bond C&B树脂修补纵裂疗效明显优于用磷酸锌直接充填。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimellitated polymer (MTA) and Super-Bond C & B resin in the repair of molars after longitudinal rupture. Methods 108 longitudinal teeth were randomly divided into three groups. The cracks were repaired by MTA filling (group A), Super-Bond C & B resin cement (group B) or directly with zinc phosphate (group C). Results 1-3 months after treatment, the success rates of the three groups reached 100%. At 24 months after treatment, the success rates were 100% for group A and group B. The success rates in group C were 58.3% for the maxillary first molars, 50.0% for the first molars, and 28.6% for the second molars %, Mandibular second molars 28.6%. The success rate of group A and group B was higher than that of group C (P <0.05). Conclusions Longitudinal cleavage of posterior teeth with MTA and Super-Bond C & B resin repair longitudinal slits split effect was significantly better than zinc phosphate direct filling.
