On the evening of June 25, 2003, two residential dwellings on the civilian hillside of Wuzhou, Guangxi, located on the hillside, caught fire. Firefighters rushed to the scene to put out the fire and found that there were no fire exits for the fire engines to approach the fire building and there was no fire water nearby. In desperation, firefighters only went to the location of the fire on foot, with the help of public security police and nearby residents, using barrels, pots, relay water to carry out fire extinguishing, and the demolition of buildings adjacent to the fire building. Police and the people fighting for nearly an hour, and finally put out the fire, to avoid the fire camp. The fire-fighting process has given rise to our thinking about how the old community can carry out firefighting work.
