著者等对34例重症肌无力患者做了胸腺摘除手术,并经过3个月到12年3个月的观察,现将其疗效报告如下。34例中男性8例,女性26例。最小年龄10岁,最大年龄为61岁。根据临床表现仅有眼症状者为轻型;有延髓麻痹症状者为中型;全身骨骼肌无力症状者为重型。本组术前呈轻型者1例,中型者15例,重型者18例。合并胸腺肿瘤者共10例,男性6例,女性4例,其中中型和重型的各5例,在重型的3例男性中2例为恶性胸腺肿瘤。在发病年龄上,未满10岁的有2例,10岁左右的有9例,20岁左右的有8例,30岁左右的有5例,40岁左右

The preoperative group showed 1 case of light, 15 cases of medium, 18 cases of heavy. A total of 10 cases of thymoma were merged, including 6 males and 4 females, of which 5 were medium and heavy, and 2 were malignant thymoma in 3 of the 3 males.
