由我院农机系首次在自治区研制成功。液氨施肥成本低、肥效稳定,增产明显、经济效益显著,是农业生产中推广应用的新技术。液氨施肥的关键是:一、必须安全施用,准确的控制亩施用量;二、保证农田施肥的均匀性。但液氨控制器及分配器在国内尚无定型产品供应,直接影响到液氨的施用与推广。为解决这一问题,兵团与农牧渔业部农垦局于1984年下达了研制控制器的任务,由我院农机系及农垦科学院农机所承担设计、研制。经过三年多的努力,在新疆化肥厂的协作下,已设计制造了三轮样机,进行了多次性能试验和田间试验,效果良好。在四月中旬兵团科委召开的鉴定会上,邀请到会的自治区高等院校、科技单位、生产单位的教授、专家及科技人员一致认为:
For the first time, the Agricultural Machinery Department of our hospital was successfully developed in the autonomous region. Liquid ammonia fertilizers have low cost, stable fertilizer effect, obvious yield increase and significant economic benefits. They are new technologies popularized and applied in agricultural production. The key to liquid ammonia fertilization is: First, it must be safe to use, accurately control the amount of mu; Second, to ensure uniformity of farmland fertilization. However, liquid ammonia controller and distributor in the country is still no fixed product supply, a direct impact on the liquid ammonia application and promotion. In order to solve this problem, the Corps and Bureau of Land Reclamation, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries issued the task of developing controllers in 1984, which was undertaken by the Department of Agromechanics and Agricultural Machinery Institute of Nongken Academy of Sciences. After more than three years of hard work, three rounds of prototypes have been designed and manufactured under the cooperation of Xinjiang Fertilizer Plant. Several performance tests and field tests have been conducted with good results. At the appraisal meeting held by the Corps Science and Technology Commission in mid-April, professors, experts and scientific and technical personnel from institutions of higher learning, scientific and technological units and production units invited to attend the meeting all agreed that:
