本文以组织化学方法探讨家兔心肌缺血不同时间后再灌注对琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。结果表明,冠脉结扎15分钟后再灌注,SDH活性接近正常,冠脉结扎45分钟后再灌注,SDH活性明显降低。这说明了再灌注损伤的出现与缺血的时间长短有关。
In this paper, the histochemical method was used to investigate the effect of reperfusion on the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) in rabbits with different time after myocardial ischemia. The results showed that after reperfusion 15 minutes after coronary artery ligation, the activity of SDH was close to normal. The coronary artery was reperfused 45 minutes after ligation, and the activity of SDH was obviously decreased. This shows that the occurrence of ischemia reperfusion injury and the length of time related.
