研究了合金化元素Cu、Mn和Ni对ZL109活塞合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Cu的加入促进了条带状Al3CuNi相和骨骼状的Al7Cu4Ni相的析出,合金室温和高温抗拉强度逐步增加;Ni的加入也可促进Al3CuNi相和Al7Cu4Ni相的析出,但合金室温和高温力学性能增幅不大;Mn含量为0.15%时,合金的室温和高温抗拉强度最高,继续提高Mn含量到0.30%时,合金的抗拉强度反而下降,这与含Mn相的形态及其高温稳定性不同有关。综合考虑认为,ZL109活塞合金中Cu含量为1.0%,Ni含量为0.7%,Mn含量为0.15%时,合金综合性能最好。
The effects of alloying elements Cu, Mn and Ni on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL109 piston alloy were investigated. The results show that the addition of Cu promotes the precipitation of Al3CuNi phase and Al7Cu4Ni phase. The tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature increases gradually. The addition of Ni also promotes the precipitation of Al3CuNi phase and Al7Cu4Ni phase. However, When the content of Mn is 0.15%, the tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature of the alloy is the highest. When the content of Mn reaches 0.30%, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases, Different high temperature stability. Considering that, ZL109 piston alloy Cu content of 1.0%, Ni content of 0.7%, Mn content of 0.15%, the best overall performance alloy.
