教师专业化已经成为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势。我国新一轮基础教育改革对教师提出了新的挑战。英语教师要立足于英语专业,树立全新的教育理念,拓宽学术视野,优化知识结构,改变教学策略,注重职前职后教育的衔接并实行终身学习、努力提高英语教师的专业化水平。
Teacher professionalization has become an important trend in the career development of international teachers. A new round of reform in our country’s basic education poses new challenges to teachers. English teachers should set their foot on English majors, set up new educational concepts, broaden their academic horizons, optimize the structure of knowledge, change their teaching strategies, pay attention to the link of post-occupation education and implement lifelong learning, and strive to improve the professionalization of English teachers.
