252医院化验科,从1954年建科以来,至今七年多没有发生事故,一九六一年全年进行检验十五万件以上,只发生了两起一般差错,消灭了严重差错。现已被医院评为一九六一年的四好科。这个化验科,现有十个同志工作,一般每天都要做二、三十种检验,计500-1000件左右。在这种情况下,他们为了创造四好科,提高检验质量,充分发动群众,人人负责,处处细心,避免了许多意外,保证了绝对安全。他们的经验是:爱字当头,细字把关,就是思想上重视加上相应的措施。所谓爱字当头,主要是使同志们深刻认识检验工作与临床治疗的关系,认识到自己的工作有任何一点
252 Hospital Laboratory Section, since the establishment of the Branch in 1954, there have been no incidents in more than seven years so far. In 1961, more than 150,000 inspections were conducted throughout the year. Only two general errors occurred, and serious errors were eliminated. The hospital has been rated as a four good division in 1961 by the hospital. This laboratory, which currently has 10 comrades, usually performs 20 to 30 tests every day for about 500-1000 pieces.
