过去由于我们对党的有关方针政策理解不全面,加上后来林彪、“四人帮”的破坏,使我们大专院校的档案工作长期没有抓住中心。通过一些院校现存的档案来看,大部分都不是以教学为主,可以说,真正反映高等院校职能性活动的教学档案则很不齐全完整。这样不但影响高等院校历史的考证,更重要的是为教学工作提供利用造成不可弥补的损失。
In the past, due to our incomplete understanding of the relevant guiding principles and policies of the Party and the subsequent destruction by Lin Biao and the Gang of Four, archival work in our tertiary institutions has for long failed to seize the center. Through the existing archives of some institutions, most of them are not based on teaching. It can be said that the teaching files that truly reflect the functional activities of institutions of higher learning are not complete and complete. This will not only affect the history of higher education research, more importantly, teaching and learning to make use of irreparable damage.
