中國人民大学歷史档案系孙敏同志翻譯的苏联普·亞·米津、恩·阿·采列維吉诺夫合著的“文件材料保管技術学”一書,由於译稿尚未經过精細的校对,暫时还不能出版。为了使同志們初步学習一些文件材料保管技術的知識,並用它作为我們研究改善文件保管工作和进行档案舘筹建工作的参考,我們准备陸續發表該書第七、八兩章。排印时把原件上的附图,全部都省略了。
