随着我国全面改革的深入进行,我国经济,政治,文化,社会,生态的五位一体的改革格局逐渐完善,其中,政治改革在整个格局中处于核心地位,明确政治文明的概念,明确政治文明的重要意义,对实现中华民族的伟大复兴,实现中国梦都有着重要的推动作用。政治文明的中心含义就是民主,就是要在满足社会大众的基本需要的前提下发展中国,实现全面的小康社会。从另一个方面来讲,政治文明是一种规范与制度,是一种法制观念,是保证社会稳定运行的一个重要基础,它与宪政有着不可分割,相互作用,互为发展前提的关系。本文就从政治文明与宪政的关系入手,详细论述政治文明与宪政的相互关系,并分析建构政治文明与宪政一体化的协调结构的关键措施。
