The 1995 Annual Meeting of the Planning and Design Branch of China Urban Planning Association in Northeast China was held in Shenyang from April 18th to 20th. Cities planning institutes of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces and representatives from planning institutes of 20 cities including Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun and Harbin participated in the annual meeting. Vice Director Chen Xiaoli of Planning and Design Subcommittee and Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
