为解决突发事件导致公交系统服务水平下降的问题,基于均衡公交车辆车头时距的调度思想,提出了能够适应于突发事件的快速动态滞站调度算法,建立了突发事件下的单线路公交动态调度模型。通过建立滞站调度的数理基础,分析了单站车头时距的控制问题,分析了快速滞站调度策略,从而得到了全线车辆的最优滞站调度算法,并对其进行数理分析和仿真验证。结果表明:该方法能均衡全线车辆运行时间间隔,降低乘客平均候车时间,有效提高公交系统运行服务水平。
In order to solve the problem that the service level of the public transportation system decreased due to emergencies, this paper proposed a fast dynamic scheduling algorithm that can adapt to emergency events based on the idea of balancing the headway of buses. A single line Bus dynamic scheduling model. Through setting up the mathematical foundation of the dispatching schedule, the control problem of the trailing locomotive time of the single station is analyzed, and the dispatching strategy of the fast dispatching station is analyzed. The optimal dispatching algorithm for the whole line of vehicles is obtained, and its mathematical analysis and simulation are verified . The results show that this method can balance the running time of all vehicles, reduce the average waiting time for passengers and effectively improve the service performance of public transportation system.
