网络高清监控系统如何实现?该问题涉及视频源信号的采集、视频信号的压缩编码、编码数据的传输、编码数据的存储、解码压缩数据显示以及处理等。近年随着微处理器技术、网络技术、存储技术、视频编解码技术的发展,从而使得网络高清监控系统得以实现。这里我们架构的网络高清监控系统由IP网络高清摄像机、NVS(Network Video Server,网络视频服务器)、高清解码器、集中管理服务平台、客户端五部分组成,如图1所示。五部分由网络连接通过TCP/TP协议
