当前世界新技术革命正在蓬勃发展,其中新情况之一就是出现了“思维技术”或“智能技术”。管理的重要意义越来越被人们所认识,管理已被视为一种经济资源,将其与科学、技术合称为现代化社会鼎足而立的三大支柱;并将其作为“第三生产力”,现代管理学经历了由科学管理而到管理科学的过程。为了迎接新的技术革命、“新的产业革命”的挑战,随着我军战略思想的转变,以及传统生物医学模式向着社会、心理、生物医学模式转变,我军卫勤建设指导思想和军队药材工作的观念(Idea)理所当然要转变。这是属于“软科学”(Soft science)或“无实体”(Nonphysical)科学的范畴。观念的转变中贯穿着思维方法的研讨。“方法”启迪智慧,“方法”使人聪明,方法对头,事半功倍,效益倍增。希望更多的同志从这一视角参加研讨,以期将其展开、议论,使之充实、提高和不断深入、发展。
