衰老是机体各组织、器官功能随年龄增长而发生退行性变化的过程,是生命过程的必然规律。其表现为自身机能减退,体力与应激能力下降,能量代谢降低并伴随多种衰老相关疾病的发生。如何抗击衰老、延长寿命是当前医学的重要课题。而关于衰老机制的研究以及抗衰老药物的发现已成为当前生物医学的热点问题。何首乌是贵细中药材,素有抗衰老灵药之美誉,传统中医对其抗衰老功效倍加推崇,而现代药学研究也证明其提取物可延长果蝇和线虫生命周期。二苯乙烯苷作为何首乌中主要的成分,与抗衰老药物白藜芦醇有很高的结构相似度。该文对中药何首乌活性成分二苯乙烯苷抗衰老的机制及对衰老相关疾病的作用加以总结,以期为中药抗衰老药物发现提供借鉴。

Stilbene glycosides as the main component of Polygonum multiflorum, resveratrol with anti-aging drugs have a high structural similarity. This article summarizes the anti-aging mechanism of stilbene glycoside, the active ingredient of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., And the effect on aging-related diseases in order to provide references for the discovery of Chinese anti-aging drugs.
