目的:确定影响中药药浴疗法退热疗效的相关因素。方法:采用多水平析因设计,研究不同药液温度、药液浓度、药浴时间对药浴退热疗效的影响。结果:2 g/100 mL和1 g/100 mL的药液浓度退热疗效明显优于0浓度,2 g/100mL组的退热疗效最好,药液温度(38±1)℃、(40±1)℃二水平的退热疗效无明显差异,药浴时间15、25 min二水平的退热疗效无明显差异。结论:最优的药液浓度为2 g/100 mL,适宜的药液温度为(39±1)℃,适宜的药浴时间为15~25min。
Objective: To determine the factors that affect the antipyretic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath therapy. Methods: Multi-level factorial design was used to study the effect of different liquid temperature, liquid concentration and medicated bath on the efficacy of medicated bath. Results: The antipyretic effect of 2 g / 100 mL and 1 g / 100 mL solution was better than 0, and the best antipyretic effect of 2 g / 100 mL group was the best. The temperature of solution was (38 ± 1) ℃, (40 ± 1) ℃ two levels of antipyretic efficacy no significant difference, medicated bath time 15,25 min two levels of antipyretic effect no significant difference. Conclusion: The optimum concentration of liquid is 2 g / 100 mL, the suitable liquid temperature is (39 ± 1) ℃ and the suitable time is 15 ~ 25 min.
