三从一、从青年时,开始学习太极拳人的青年时代,是长身体、长知识的阶段,那时候学什么都容易,也是记忆力最好的阶段。青年时代是学习太极拳的黄金时代。太极拳不仅是肢体运动,也是锻炼大脑神经的运动。青年时期学习太极拳,也更有益于年轻人的身心成长。太极拳套路是由几十个动作组成的,而每个动作又是若干个上下肢动作的活动组合,故在每次练习中,先要记住动作名称,再练这个动作的组合,这就要求练习者在练拳时,首先要排除杂念,一心一意地练拳,这样,才能记住动作的名称和动作组合,然后一招一式地按步骤习练。二、从基础练习太极拳的基础很重要,各门派的太极拳又有不同的要求。故初练太极拳的人,首先应选定太极拳的门派,然后再学习该门派的基本功。
