本文总结了超声定位ESWL治疗输尿管结石167例。治疗终止统计,结石完全粉碎150例(88.2％),部分粉碎7例(4.8％),无效10例(6.8％)。文中作者介绍了超声在ESWL治疗输尿管结石定位的体会,并参考有关文献,对输尿管结石治疗方法的选择进行了讨论。
This article summarizes the 167 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ultrasound-guided ESWL. After treatment, 150 cases (88.2%) completely crushed stones, 7 cases (4.8%) partially crushed and 10 cases (6.8%) ineffective. The author introduced the experience of ultrasound in the treatment of ureteral calculi ESWL positioning, and with reference to the literature, the treatment of ureteral calculi were discussed.
