目的：研究标本保存对实时荧光定量HCV-RNA检测结果的影响。方法收集HCV阳性血清标本42份并平均分成6份分别置于室温、4℃和-20℃保存1d和1周后用荧光定量PCR法检测结果，行统计学分析。结果血清在室温、4℃和-20℃条件下保存1d和1周对HCV RNA的荧光定量检测结果无统计学差异。结论保存温度和保存时间对HCV RNA的定量检测结果无影响。“,”Objective To investigate the impact of various storage conditions of serum samples on HCV RNA detection. Methods Real-time fluorenscent quantitative PCR detected 42 examples have been diagnosed in patients with HCV. Result The results of HCV RNA in serum samples,which stored 1 day and 7 days at room temperature, 4 ℃ and-20℃ , showed no significant differences. Conclusion Save temperature and save time have no effect on test results.
