我科自1985年以来,用自拟白花蛇散治疗面神经麻痹,疗效满意。一、药物组成:白花蛇一条,天麻3克,朱砂1.5克,乳没各1.5克,雄黄1.5克,天南星1.5克,白芷6克。上药共研细末,均分八包,每次一包,一日二次,黄酒一小盅冲服。二、典型病例:柴××,男,40岁,干部,病历号7892。1987年5月26日初诊,主诉口眼斜一天,患者由于夜间汗出不慎当风,即感到左眼发紧,继则上唇发麻,晨起发现口眼斜,左眼流泪,不能闭目,口角下垂流涎,饮食睡眠二便尚可。查:血压120/80毫米汞柱,前额皱纹消失,眉毛下垂,睑裂增宽,鼻唇沟平坦,口角下垂,闭目时左侧眼球转向外上方,巩膜外露,鼓腮时左
