叶×,男,八岁,学生,1977年9月20日来诊。患儿左侧睾丸肿胀疼痛已16天,曾在某医院诊为鞘膜积液。现左侧睾丸较右侧约大9倍,触之园滑柔软,按之疼痛,局部无硬节。阴囊呈光亮皮色,透光试验阳性。舌脉无异常。证属水疝,药用:熟地5克茯苓15克山药20克益智仁5克五味子5克菟丝子20克韮子10克补骨脂5克炙附子3克白术10克荔枝核20克橘核20克川楝子10克生姜30克,水煎早晚分服,一日一剂。经治四次,服药15剂,睾丸肿痛完全消失,两侧等大。为巩固疗效,继服上药10剂。随访5年,未见复发。
