目的 :观察对增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的防治作用和机理。方法 :采用眼穿通伤 +注血法造成增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变模型 ,用化瘀散结片治疗 ,设立空白对照组、模型对照组进行对照 ,并进行闪光视网膜电图 (F-ERG)的检测。结果 :化瘀散结片能提高闪光视网膜电图 a、b波幅值 ,降低 a、b波峰潜时 ,且与模型对照组比较有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :化瘀散结片可防治 PVR对视网膜的损害 ,保护视网膜功能
Objective : To observe the prevention and treatment of proliferative vitreoretinopathy and its mechanism. Methods: The proliferative vitreoretinopathy model was induced by eye-penetrating injury + blood injection and treated with Huayu Sanjie Tablet. The control group and the model control group were set up for comparison and the detection of flash electroretinogram (F-ERG) was performed. . Results: Huatan Sanjie Tablet could increase the amplitude of a and b waves of flash electroretinography, and reduce a, b wave latency, and there was a significant difference compared with the model control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Huayu Sanjie Tablet can prevent PVR damage to the retina and protect the retina
