近年来我国的经济建设速度十分显著,人们生活水平的提高对建筑行业的需求也不断扩大,这一社会需求促使了建筑行业的发展,受其自身因素工程量大、施工难度高等特点,要想保证工程质量的安全,必须要做好施工过程的管理。笔者通过对施工的安全隐患进行介绍,提出加强施工组织和施工现场布置管理的方法和措施,仅供参考。
