2011年7月10日,中国城市建设研究院水资源综合治理技术研究中心揭牌仪式暨水资源综合治理论坛在北京举行。有调查显示,我国淡水资源总量为28000亿m3,仅占全球水资源的6%,居世界第四位,但人均只有2300m3,仅为世界平均水平的1/4、美国的1/5,在世界上名列121位,甚至低于沙漠国家以色列,是全球13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。
On July 10, 2011, the inauguration ceremony of the Center for Integrated Management of Water Resources of China Academy of Urban Construction and the comprehensive water resources governance forum was held in Beijing. A survey shows that China’s total freshwater resources are 2.8 trillion m3, accounting for only 6% of the world’s water resources, ranking the fourth in the world but only 2,300 m3 per capita, only 1/4 of the world average and 1/5 of the United States. Ranking 121 in the world, even lower than the desert state of Israel. It is one of the 13 countries with the poorest water resources in the world.
