目的 观察放射线对心脏的影响及复方丹参对心脏的保护作用。方法 30 例肺癌病人随机分为单纯放疗组和配合应用复方丹参组各 15 例,动态观察放疗前后及疗后3 月、1 年的心电图和心肌酶学变化。结果 单放组治疗后心电图异常率明显高于治疗前( P < 005),且以缺血型 S T- T 改变为主,心肌酶学变化不明显。复方丹参组治疗后心电图异常发生率明显低于单放组( P< 005)。结论 放射线对心脏的损伤以微循环改变为主,复方丹参对心脏有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of radiation on the heart and the protective effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza on the heart. Methods Thirty lung cancer patients were randomly divided into radiotherapy group and compound Danshenfang group, 15 cases were dynamically observed before and after radiotherapy and 3 months, 1 year after electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymology changes. Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0. 05). The change of ischemic S T-T was the main factor, and the change of myocardial enzyme was not obvious. The incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram after compound salvia miltiorrhiza group treatment was significantly lower than that of single-release group (P<005). Conclusion Radiation damage to the heart is mainly caused by changes in the microcirculation. Compound salvia miltiorrhiza has a protective effect on the heart.
