1991年11月27日至29日,在大冶有色金属公司召开了总公司第一次期刊管理工作会议,来自总公司59家期刊67名代表参加了会议。总结了总公司成立以来期刊编辑出版工作取得的可喜成绩,并对加强期刊管理和提高刊物质量,并按国家颁布的有关标准使期刊实现标准化、规范化问题提出了具体意见和办法。传达了国家科委情报司胡海棠同志在全国科技期刊管理工作会议上的讲话——“团结起来,为繁荣我国科技期刊而努力奋斗”。学习了“关于加强期刊保密审查工作的几点意见”。讨论了总公司期刊管理暂行办法和优秀期刊评选办法。对目前普遍存在的编辑人员的职称晋升、待遇和编辑部的地位等问题,提出了解决办法和建议。希望总公司能定期召开期刊管理工作会议。
