本文结合作者实践教学当中的经历与经验,从影视表演专业人才培养目标的定位、课程合理化设置和毕业生后期跟踪调查与反馈三个方面入手,贴近就业市场和实践岗位能力需求提出教学的简要方案。
Based on the experience and experience of the author in practice teaching, this article starts with three aspects of the target of film and television professional talent training, the rational arrangement of courses and the follow-up investigation and feedback of postgraduates. It puts forward a brief proposal of teaching in close proximity to the job market and practical ability needs .
