对来自中油821的油菜核不育材料821A进行遗传研究,表明其不育性受两对隐性重叠基因所控制。测交组合F1全恢复可有,F2代可育与不育株出现15:1分离,回交一代出现3:1分离,连续兄妹交呈1:1分离。821A性状优良,所配组合杂种优势强。这一优良种质正用于转育新的“双低”优质核不育系。
A genetic study on 821A, a sterile oilseed from Zhongyou 821, showed that its sterility was controlled by two pairs of recessive genes. There was a 15: 1 segregation of fertile and sterile plants in F2 generation, 3: 1 segregation in backcross generation, and 1: 1 segregation in consecutive siblings. 821A excellent traits, with the advantages of hybrids. This fine germplasm is being used to re-create a new “double low” high quality genic male sterile line.
