目的了解呼吸内科重症监护病房(RICU)医务人员手卫生现状,制定合理干预措施,对手卫生依从性进行追踪监测。方法采用自行设计的问卷对RICU医务人员手卫生现状进行调查,制定干预措施并实施,直接观察法观察医务人员手卫生执行情况,连续监测4个月,分析手卫生依从性干预成效。结果 RICU医务人员手卫生现状存在不足,医务人员对手卫生相关知识的掌握薄弱,对科室手卫生设施满意度仅为44.19%;采取相应措施后,医务人员手卫生依从率从55.30%提升至91.04%。结论针对性地制定干预措施改善RICU医务人员手卫生现状后,追踪其手卫生依从率明显升高,手卫生依从性改进成效显著。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene in medical staff of Respiratory Medical Intensive Care Unit (RICU), develop reasonable intervention measures, and follow up and monitor hand hygiene compliance. Methods A questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate the status of hand hygiene in RICU medical staff. Intervention measures were formulated and implemented. Direct observation was used to observe the implementation of hand hygiene in medical staff. The monitoring was performed continuously for 4 months to analyze the effectiveness of hand hygiene compliance intervention. Results The current status of hand hygiene in RICU medical staff was not enough, the knowledge of hand hygiene in medical staff was weak, and only 44.19% of them were satisfied with their hand hygiene facilities. After taking the corresponding measures, the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff increased from 55.30% to 91.04% . Conclusion Targeted interventions to improve the status of hand hygiene in RICU medical staff, tracking their hand hygiene compliance was significantly increased, hand hygiene compliance improved significantly.
