通过对适龄蒜苗进行种瓣重量,假茎长度、假茎粗度、叶数、单株干重、单株鲜重及根数等7个性状的相关和通径分析。结果表明:大蒜蒜苗各性状间有密切的相关性,各因素对产量的相关系数及通径系数具有明显差异,其相关系数大小依次为:单株干重(0.9669)、假茎粗度(0.9623)、根数(0.7956)、假茎长度(0.7556)、叶数(0.7366)和种瓣重量(0.4711),相关程度除种辩重量为显著外,其余均达到极显著水平。通径系数大小依次为:单株干重(0.5139),假茎粗度(0.3621),假茎长度(0.1152),根数(0.0385).叶数(0.0344),种瓣重量(-0.0478)。且单株干重,假茎粗度,假茎长度,根数,叶数对产量有直接的正向作用。
