An open interview was used to interview the three stages in the process of rehabilitation of injured athletes. Athletes will be interviewed in the first week after injury, 15-20 days after injury and 30 days after injury. These three open interviews allow athletes to talk freely about their experiences without any preconditions. The subjects were NCAA level 1 athletes from the Southeast University (5). Analysis of the interviews revealed four themes: the point of view of emotional reactions, impairment responses and interpersonal relationships and several sub-themes. CONCLUSIONS: First, sports injuries have a significant impact on the lives of athletes. Second, sports injuries are a unique experience for each athlete in this study. Finally, multi-modal interviews provide athletes with an open Talk about their chances of hurting their recovery experience.
